Within our datacenters you can rent complete 42U racks. We would be happy to discuss with you which type of rack best suits your needs.
Safety
We offer our customers 24/7 access to their own racks. Users are given a personal access badge and are required to register their biometric data. This double layer of control is present at multiple levels in our data centers.
Carrier neutral
The DCstar data centers are network neutral. So as a customer, you can choose which provider you connect to your rack through. We provide patches to providers and/or other racks at a one-time setup fee.
Remote hands
Finally, customers can outsource interventions. Our qualified personnel can perform the necessary operations on request. We invoice these at remote hands rate.
Monitoring
Our technical staff keeps a constant eye on things. Facilities such as power, temperature, network and humidity are automatically monitored thanks to a comprehensive registration and alarm system. In addition, we carry out a daily physical inspection round.
Custom
At DCstar, we take into account the diverse needs of our customers. In our data centers, you can choose either a low density rack or a high density rack. All racks are delivered with two independent power feeds and a 1 Gbit internet connection.
Purchasing full racks allows for more flexibility. You pay a fixed price per rack per month. Other costs such as electricity and internet depend on your consumption, which you can monitor yourself. Customers can also opt for an all-in formula. This means you pay a fixed price per month for your energy consumption.
As a customer you can choose between a low density rack (LDR) or a high density rack (HDR). These racks can be used in a shared environment or in a private room. The most important specifications can be found below.
