Servers
DCstar data centers are equipped with all facilities so that customers can easily run individual servers in our buildings. We take care of the installation, connection, labeling and documentation. Redundancy is a given. Either you choose to connect your servers to two independent power feeds or you choose to connect to an automatic power transfer switch (ATS).
Access
Customers who need access to their servers can create users for this purpose. These individuals can enter our data centers 24/7 after registering their biometric data and a personal tag. Persons who are not registered in our system can gain access under the supervision of our administrators. This service is completely free during business hours and becomes chargeable outside business hours. Outside of office hours, this can only be done by appointment.
Transparent
Our customers pay a fixed price per U per month for their rack equipment. Internet access (100 Mb) is standard included in the price. On request we can extend that to 1 Gb or 10 Gb. The patch cables and other finishing materials that we use for installation are included in the setup price.
